Commander Health is a clinical review service — not a VSO, law firm, or VA-accredited representative. We do not file your claim. We provide clinician-signed medical opinions that strengthen your evidence package.
How it works

Your clinician reviews your case
A licensed clinician reviews your clinical summary and drafted nexus letter, verifies the clinical accuracy, and signs only what their own judgment supports. No weak cases make it this far.
STEP 3
Receive your signed letter in 2–3 days
Your signed nexus letter or completed DBQ, ready to submit with your claim.

The VA weighs a nexus opinion by the evidence and the clinical judgment behind it — a signature alone isn’t enough. So we don’t just sign what you bring us and wish you luck. Every case is earned.
